Yard of Month

  Each summer our neighborhood Board selects a yard during the months of June, July and August to be recognized as the as the yard of the month.

Each winner receives a $25 gift certificate along with a sign placed in their yard recognizing them as YOTM.

Ways to win this award:

• 1.  Conceal your waste cans.
• 2.  Make sure your yard light is working and straight.
• 3.  Make sure your lawn is mowed regularly and weed free.
• 4.  Edge along your street, sidewalks and driveway.
• 5.  Trim your trees and shrubs, especially along the sidewalks.
• 6.  Make sure all necessary repairs and painting are completed.
